And the best part is we eliminate all the guesswork. Not only do we cover your exercise program, we also give nutritional guidance which includes meal prep, grocery shopping, and preparing your food. On top of diet and exercise we give special attention to your mental health, making our program a truly wholistic approach to fitness.
Initial assessment:
In our first meeting we will go over your goals and needs. We will conduct a few fitness tests and begin working on your program.
Nutritional guidance:
This is crucial to achieving your goals and we go the extra mile to make sure you're not guessing. Not only will we give you a guideline to follow, we will personally help you pick out groceries and prepare your meals.
Workout sessions:
Your sessions will be specifically programmed to your needs. Every exercise, rep range, and set will be chosen purposefully, never randomly. All sessions are done outdoors. You can come to our jungle gym in north Laguna, at Nita carman park near downtown, or your home. You'll have an option for an "adventure session" depending on your capabilities which include paddling in the ocean or hiking in the mountains in addition to your scheduled workout.

Helping our clients reach their goals is our number one priority and we offer support and guidance 24/7 even during non-scheduled hours. We are in this together and will be with you every step of the way.
